Snag A Game would like the opportunity to remedy any situation prior to return. We pride ourselves on customer service. However, here is our policy:
- We cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your products to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage.
- We will honor exchanges and refunds on our products up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
- All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer
- Product must be property packaged and arrive back to us in new condition
- In the event that the product was not packaged property for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total.
